This family owned business grows, packs, ships, and markets potatoes, onions, and squash. Their consistent quality is evidenced by the fact that they have twice been the recipients of the Annual Potato Grand Champion Award sponsored by The New York State Department of Agricultural and Markets and The Empire State Potato Club.
Potatoes, onions, and squash are raised on their 1000 acre muckland, mineral soil farm in Elba, NY. They employ about 25 people, and pack out of a 45,000 sq. ft. facility, geared for volume.
The Vigneri family has farmed the land since the early 1930's when the family cleared and drained the muckland.
